I like to be clear with my clients before they book in. The Feeling Way's approach and cancelation policy is here to ensure expectations are managed and each party is aware, clear and protected.
Coaching sessions, massage therapy and workshops are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for clients.
When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, I am unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client or a client on the waitlist.
The Feeling Way's cancellation policy:
Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, if they provide 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than hours’ notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged a £70 fee for the appointment.
In real cases of contagious illness, injury or any other mitigating or extenuating circumstances the charge will be waved.
Corporate clients will also note that the charge for a late cancellation within 48hrs is £250 for the agreed amount.
You can cancel your appointment by calling or texting your Sophie with the information provided online.
Please understand that coaching and therapy should be viewed as any other medical appointment. This cancellation policy is important for the smooth running of my practice and your personal coaching experience.
While it is a time commitment, this is for your personal growth and consistency is key in order to achieve this.
