Drawing on my various trainings, my own experience and studies, I have developed my own integrated holistic approach.

I work one to one with clients, in person and remotely, by gently encouraging and facilitating their own unique wellness journey.

Every body calls for something specific. During our sessions we may:

·         Release tension and stress through massage and movement

·         Energize through nutritional therapy

 

As well as a fully structured individual programme, you will receive one-to-one communication with me between sessions, handouts and useful links, so that each client can generate their own happy healthy lifestyle.
